Kitchens

• Cabinetry by Armstrong and Merilatt; Cabinets, maple raised panel doors
• All kitchen cabinetry includes lazy susan and angle wall cabinets with handles
• Single bowl stainless steel kitchen sink with single lever faucet
• Countertops are square edge with 4" back splash

The Kore™ System utilizes precision-built factory panelization and centralization of the electrical and plumbing.

Plumbing and Electric

• Forced hot air heat by gas
• 100 amp service with circuit breakers
• Ground fault interceptor outlets in kitchen, bathroom and exterior weather tight outlet
• Hardwired smoke detectors with battery backup
• Lighting fixtures provided in kitchen, bathroom, closets, hallways, entryway and exterior entry
• Security system is wired ready to connect

There is a five year warranty on the Kore™.
